The bulk gas supply system is composed of gas supply system and transmission pipeline system. The gas supply system can be subdivided into gas source, purification and quality monitoring. In the design, the gas source is usually set in the gas yard which is independent of the production plant, and the gas purification is often carried out in the special purifier room in the production plant, so that the pipeline of high purity gas can be as short as possible, which not only ensures the quality of gas, but also saves the cost. After purification, the bulk gas is transported from the gas purification room to the pavement production layer or under the elevated floor of the production workshop, where a piping network is formed, and finally sent to the user points by the secondary piping system.
